Shipping

We will always process your order within 48 hours from when they are placed from Monday to Friday, if you place an order on the weekend, please allow extra time as we do not process any orders on the weekend. 
If you require a change or wish to cancel your order please send us an email and we will do the best we can to try and help you before your order is shipped out. 
Once orders are shipped we can not cancel an order and you will receive your items, you can then ship them back at your cost and we can give you a store credit or exchange. 

 

Orders within Australia

Bandanas and/ or Bows (max 4 Products) - (2-7 business days) - $4.00

Standard Shipping - (2-7 business days) - $8.50

Express Shipping - (1-3 business days) - $14.00

Free Pick Up in store Monday - Friday

During busy periods, delivery times may be longer than the approximate times above.

 

International Orders 

We offer an international shipping rate of $20 AUD, with the delivery times varying depending on your location, your order should usually be there between 7-15 business days.

If for any reason your delivery has not arrived after 20 days from when we shipping it, please contact us by email so we can track the package for you. 

As we use external shipping companies, Animal Affair cannot be made responsible for any lost orders. 

Custom Taxes and Duties (International Orders Only):

Animal Affair cannot advise whether or not you will or will not be charged custom or import duties.

These charges are made once the order arrives in the country of destination.

Animal Affair cannot be made liable for any custom taxes or duties, and it must be paid by the recipient.

Shipping times do not include weekends or public holidays.

While we do post orders within 48 hours of being made, delivery times may take longer in busy periods or due to customs, if ordering from internationally.

Ensure you provide the correct address when checking out. If packages are not received by the recipient, or are returned to us due to incorrect address, the recipient/purchaser will be responsible for repeat shipping costs.  

Once your order has left our store, Animal Affair is not liable for any lost or damaged orders.
