How can my dog become an Ambassador for your brand?

All you have to do is send us an email with some pictures of your pup, the bread, name and we will let you know if we are interested in taking on anymore pups! We do often post on our Social Medias when we are on the hunt for some new Ambassadors, so keep an eye out for those posts as well!

How do you reverse a reversible harness?

The reversible harnesses that we stock are really simple to use! 
 1. Un-clip the two buckles
 2. Slide the horizontal strap out from the vertical strap loop
 3. Push the vertical strap through the D-link and then flip the neckline inside-out
 4. At the base of the harness you will see two clip ends. Flip each clip end upwards and run your hand over the base of the harness to flip the inside strap.
 4. Clip one of the horizontal strap buckles in
 5. Pull the un-buckled side back through the vertical strap loop and clip in.

How can I get you to share my dogs picture on Social Media?

To get your pup a picture up on our Socials then make sure you follow us on Instagram and/or Facebook and hashtag your pup wearing, eating or playing with our products to be featured. Use the hashtag #animalaffair as we always check the pictures with that tag. 

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?

We endeavour to process and ship all orders within 24-48 hours of when the order is placed. Due to this, it may not be possible to cancel or change the specifics of your order.
If you do wish to cancel or change your order within 24-48 hours of the time your order was placed, please contact us promptly. If the order has not shipped, we will try our best to support your change.
Can I return my order?
Once your order has left our store we will only refund an item if it is damaged prior to wear, we do however carefully check every item before shipping to ensure your item is not faulty. We do not refund based on change of mind. 
We do however offer an exchange if the product still has original tags and is not damaged. The customer will need to cover the cost of return postage costs.
